If you’ve recently logged into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and encountered a request to update certain information or upload your Corporate Profile Report, you may be wondering why this is happening. Let us provide some clarity.
Why is QBO requesting this now?
As part of new FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada) regulatory requirements, Intuit is updating certain elements within QuickBooks Online to ensure that its products remain compliant with these guidelines. In accordance with the new regulations, all QBO customers in Canada who utilize Payments or Payroll services are now required to submit updated information, including your Corporate Profile Report.
How can we assist you?
To comply with these new requirements, you will need to upload your Corporate Profile Report. If you’re unsure how to retrieve this or do not have the necessary Company Key to obtain the report, we can assist you with both.
- Retrieving the Company Key: We can help you retrieve your Company Key for a fee of $30.00.
- Obtaining the Corporate Profile Report: The cost for acquiring the Corporate Profile Report is $125.00.
